Every product at Big Strong Aromas is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail, giving you the quality and uniqueness of a small batch luxury brand.

Because each item is made just for you, please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare your order.
Sometimes orders are ready sooner, depending on our queue.

Processing time does not include shipping.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded as each item is specially made for you.
Detailed Scent Descriptions will be posted clearly to help you make an informed decision.
We do not mass Produce our products.

We will never sell or share your data—your privacy is as important to us as your enjoyment of our products.

All Sales Are Final

Because every item is handcrafted and bespoke, all sales are final.

• If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photo proof.
Items will need to be returned before a credit is issued.

 Shipping for returns is not reimbursed

• Each candle is hand-poured and unique—small variations are part of the luxury experience.

• We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for scent preferences or perceived fragrance strength.
We use nothing but the finest waxes & oils, and they are Strong.

• Candle scent throw may  intensify even more, with an extended cure period, for best results, allow candles to rest before deciding on fragrance strength.

For damaged items, email us with your order number in the subject line.

Shipping in Summer Heat
We carefully package your candles to arrive in perfect condition during hot months, 
HOWEVER, melting may occur during shipping and carriers do not reimburse for melted items.

We recommend that someone be home to receive deliveries to reduce heat exposure risk.

Gift Wrapping

We do not offer gift wrapping  at this time.  All items ship out  in  secure, rigid packaging.

Order Changes

Please double-check your order before checkout. Once processed, we cannot modify, add, or cancel orders.

Shipping Costs

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Shipping is calculated by weight, size, and destination, with no extra handling fees.
• Alaska and Hawaii orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.

• Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order ships.

• Enjoy free shipping on all continental U.S. orders over $200.

• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or shipments outside the U.S.

• Liability for damaged products due to carriers applies only to U.S. orders.

• We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages from product use; our maximum responsibility
